Our Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Class is all about slowing down and enjoying the moment. After a short on-shore introduction, you will paddle out to a calm area where boards are anchored for class. From there, your instructor guides you through a relaxing sequence of stretches, balance work, breathing, and beginner-friendly yoga poses designed for the water.
This is not about perfection. It is about having fun, trying something new, and connecting with Cape Cod in a fresh and memorable way. Some guests come for the workout, some come for the views, and some come because floating yoga sounds too fun not to try.

Class Details
Our Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Class lasts approximately 90 minutes. Classes are designed for beginners but are also enjoyable for experienced yogis looking for a fresh setting.
Guests should be comfortable being on the water, but no prior SUP yoga experience is necessary. We provide the board, paddle, personal flotation device, anchoring and instruction. You will begin with basic paddleboard orientation before class starts, so you can feel comfortable and confident. We allow time to play afterwards and will take pictures and videos of your experience for you to enjoy that are included.

Please arrive ready for light movement and time on the water. We recommend bringing:
