Locations are chosen according to paddler ability level, weather, and proximity to the customer’s location. We offer both salt-water and fresh-water locations.

SUP Yoga
Let Peace Love SUP guide you through a memorable liquid yoga experience on a stand-up paddleboard. Classes are designed for all levels. We start with a quick lesson for newbies, a short warm-up paddle, and then anchor for a playful and peaceful practice unlike any other.

Ice Cream SUP Tour
A great option for families that want to get outdoors together. Paddle for a bit, then relax on your board while the ice cream boat pulls up alongside and dispenses your favorite frozen treats. Kids will love it, and parents will, too.

Fat Bike Tour/Brewster Flats
Most visitors don’t even know it’s here. The largest tidal flat in North America stretches from Dennis to Eastham and at low tide, the sand stretches into Cape Cod Bay up to one mile, making for a great bike riding tour. See tidal pools, oyster farms, and some of the most unique terrain anywhere on Cape Cod.

Sunset SUP
You don’t have to fight for parking at one of the beaches to experience a beautiful Cape Cod sunset. This is a 2-hour paddle tour with a grand finale like no other. There will be plenty of time to paddle, swim, and even walk on the beach if you’d like as the sun dips below the horizon. Whatever your day was like, end it on a great note. Fat Bike Tour/Trail & Beach
This tour features relatively mild single track, a bit of paved and gravel road, and beach trail. Riders get a little taste of everything on this tour. An opportunity to take a swim break in Vineyard Sound is included.

Paddleboard Rentals (SUP)
We rent a variety of stand up paddleboards for riders of all ability levels. All rentals come with SUP board, paddle, leash, and PFD. Rental fee includes delivery and pickup to most locations on the Upper and Mid Cape, so you can minimize the hassle and just enjoy your free time.
