Peace Love SUP is Cape Cod's premiere SUP experience. Whether you are looking for a guided tour to see some of the best paddle spots in the area, or looking to rent SUP gear for the day or week, Peace Love SUP has you covered. Also offered are SUP yoga sessions and SUP fitness classes for those looking to get in a good workout. I want your SUP experience to be one of the highlights of your summer, something to remember long after you've cleaned the sand from between your toes.

SUP Tour/Lesson
SUP tours and lessons are offered daily for beginners through advanced paddlers. Great for friends & family that want to enjoy some time together. Locations are chosen according to paddler ability level, weather, and proximity to the customer’s location. We offer both salt-water and fresh-water locations.

Fat Bike Tour/Brewster Flats
Most visitors don’t even know it’s here. The largest tidal flat in North America stretches from Dennis to Eastham and at low tide, the sand stretches into Cape Cod Bay up to one mile, making for a great bike riding tour. See tidal pools, oyster farms, and some of the most unique terrain anywhere on Cape Cod.

Pirate Adventure
Set sail on a swashbuckling family adventure on Cape Cod. Young pirates and their crews paddle across calm waters, following clues to hidden bounty. Along the journey, a rogue pirate ship appears, sparking an epic water cannon battle. Work together to outsmart the adversary, claim victory, and return to shore with treasure in hand and unforgettable memories. Perfect for pre-teens and families seeking playful outdoor excitement. My 10 year old daughter had a wonderful experience learning how to paddleboard with Amy. Amy was so patient and kind. She made sure my daughter was comfortable with everything they were doing and gave easy to understand directions. The location she chose was perfect. We drove from the lower cape and it was definitely worth the drive. My daughter said the 2 hours felt like 15 minutes and asked when she can have another lesson. 😊 Amy was easy to reach via text and flexible on timing when the weather was questionable. She also provided videos of my daughter paddle boarding I highly recommend going paddle boarding with Amy!

Amy was a wonderful guide & made us super comfortable as first-time paddle boarders. So kind & patient, and she showed us a fantastic swimming spot to cool off mid paddle. We had a terrific time.

What a great lesson with Amy! She got me up and paddling on a beautiful pond with turtles and lily pads at one end, Amy is also a physical therapist and she was able to provide me with critical information on how to align and adjust my body, especially since I’ve had a past ankle injury. I was very shaky at the beginning, but felt so much more confident by the end of the lesson. I highly recommend Amy and Peace love, SUP and hope to join her on the water again
