SUP tours and lessons are offered daily for beginners through advanced paddlers. Great for friends & family that want to enjoy some time together.  Locations are chosen according to paddler ability level, weather, and proximity to the customer’s location. We offer both salt-water and fresh-water locations.

Let Peace Love SUP guide you through a memorable liquid yoga experience on a stand-up paddleboard. Classes are designed for all levels. We start with a quick lesson for newbies, a short warm-up paddle, and then anchor for a playful and peaceful practice unlike any other.

We can’t think of a better way to kick off the week than joining forces with Cape Cod Beer to bring you Paddle & Pint Night. This is a great opportunity to get out on the water and enjoy a fun, social paddle both for beginners and those more advanced. For those that want more of a challenge, every week can offer a new experience including games on the water, yoga, or workouts. We will meet at Hathaway Pond and spend the early evening exploring this quiet picturesque 20-acre kettle pond. Afterward, we will head over to Cape Cod Beer, which is located just 1/4 mile away to enjoy a pint of the Cape’s finest craft brew which is included in pricing (21+, hard cider, wine, and soda are also available).

SUP & Sip

SUP & Sip

This tour not only includes a beautiful stand-up paddle experience on Cape Cod (the SUP part)… it also includes a glass of wine at Cape Cod winery (the Sip part) with live music, clam chowder, and raw bar available for purchase from Cape Cod Classic Clambakes. It’s the ultimate way to end your vacation or work week. The tour is open to all skill levels and includes equipment and one glass of wine at Cape Cod Winery following our paddle. Come paddle and then sit, sip, listen and relax. We will be meeting at the saltwater harbor of Great Pond in Falmouth (also known as Harrington St. boat ramp) and then it’s a 5 min drive to the winery. BYOB option available (bring your own board & accompanying equipment).

Sunset SUP

You don’t have to fight for parking at one of the beaches to experience a beautiful Cape Cod sunset. This is a 2-hour paddle tour with a grand finale like no other. There will be plenty of time to paddle, swim, and even walk on the beach if you’d like as the sun dips below the horizon. Whatever your day was like, end it on a great note. Full Moon SUP

Full Moon SUP

Middle Pond in Marstons Mills provides a beautiful backdrop that allows you to experience the moon rising above the horizon at the end of a freshwater paddle session. *This event is geared towards those with previous paddle board experience. Cost includes all equipment and lighting. If you are BYOB (bring your own board), you must bring a PFD and lighting to participate. This only happens a few times each summer, so don’t miss out. Space is limited.
