SUP Fitness classes offer a blend of stand up paddling, upper and lower body strength moves, flexibility, and balance training all while enjoying the beautiful waters of Cape Cod. Don’t miss out on a fun full body dynamic workout that incorporates paddle drills, body weight movements, resistance bands, and core stabilization moves.
