Start your day off by floating on peaceful waters and flowing through powerful invigorating postures. Let Peace Love SUP guide you through a memorable liquid yoga experience on a stand up paddle board. Classes are designed for all levels. We start with a quick lesson for newbies, a short warm up paddle, and then anchor for a playful and peaceful practice, a liquid yoga experience unlike any other. If you’ve never paddled before SUP beginner lessons are suggested prior to joining a yoga class so that you feel more confident on the board. Check calendar for class days/times.
